1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EloBeast ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. This Service is operated by EloBeast, a company registered in Chile. These Terms of Service are governed by Chilean law in accordance with Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection Rights.

2. Description of Service

EloBeast provides online gaming coaching and skill development services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions with professional gamers
• Strategic gameplay analysis and feedback
• Skill development programs
• Access to educational content and resources

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Payment: All fees are stated in USD and are payable through our supported payment methods (PayPal, MercadoPago). By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

4.2 Refunds: In accordance with Chilean Consumer Protection Law (Law 19.496), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 10 days of the transaction for digital services not yet delivered. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system. Refunds for services already rendered will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Disputes: Payment disputes should be directed to support@elobeast.gg. We will work to resolve disputes in good faith in accordance with Chilean consumer protection regulations.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
• Violate any game publisher's terms of service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by EloBeast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, EloBeast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chile, in accordance with Chilean Consumer Protection Law (Law 19.496).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
